The Department of Energy Resources (DOER) released a Straw Proposal on July 10, 2024, outlining proposed changes to the SMART Program. After extensive stakeholder feedback, DOER has made revisions to the framework for land use and siting policies in the program. On December 10th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, DOER will host a virtual technical session to share these revisions with stakeholders and collect feedback. The session will include a short presentation followed by collaborative discussion. DOER will share slides with participants in advance of the session.
